Refund Policy
At VGS Classes, we strive to provide the best learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied with a course you purchased, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include a valid reason for dissatisfaction. The course must not have been completed or extensively accessed for a refund to be considered.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, missed deadlines, or technical issues on the user’s end that are not reported in a timely manner. If your request meets our policy guidelines, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
